MUNICIPAL MAYOR

The Municipality of Paombong, Bulacan, known as the “Vinegar Capital of the Philippines,” is currently led by Mayor Ian Mark “Mac” P. Marcos, the youngest elected chief executive in the municipality’s history.

Under Mayor Mac’s leadership, Paombong continues to pursue a clear and responsive development agenda, sustaining and further improving the quality of public service delivery, as reflected in its Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) recognition and other commendations.

At the heart of the administration’s agenda is a commitment to the strengthening of education, enhancement of healthcare and social services, advancement of local livelihood and economic opportunities, reinforcement of support to agriculture and aquaculture, preservation and promotion of cultural heritage and tourism, and the active engagement of all sectors as partners in development.
