General Functions
- Responsible for the formulation of plans and strategies related to Agricutural and Fisheries Management and for the implementation thereof upon the approval by the Local Chief Executive
- Assist the LCE in all matters pertaining to Agri-Fisheries Management, Development and other related matters
- Ensures the establishment and maintenance of the various Registries and Databases for the Agri-Fisheries Sector
- Formulates and executes Agri-Fishery Plans in partnership with the MFARMC and the MAFC directed toward the attainment of Food Security for the Municipality and Increased Capacity and Organization of Farmers and Fisherfolks
Fisheries Commodity
- esponsible for the development, management, conservation, and sustainable utilization of the Municipalities fisheries and aquatic resources.
- Responsible for the implementation of the Municipal Fisheries Code
Rice and HVDP Commodity
- responsible for assisting farmers in technical issues, facilitating the distribution of Agricultural inputs from the LGU and other National agencies
